Grande Prairie Real estate agent Kate Pieper is one of the Top producers in her brokerage and an ICON agent. She grew up in Grande Prairie, received an athletic scholarship to pursue her passion for volleyball, and studied business and marketing. Kate earned her License in residential, rural and commercial real estate in 2014, then spent the next eight years honing her craft in Real Estate, obtaining continued training in sales & negotiations, and helping hundreds of families buy and sell in Alberta.
In 2020 Kate decided to pursue her love of real estate combined with the unique magic that happens when working with women and thus co-founded the Local Real Estate Collective. An expert in the Grande Prairie and the surrounding peace region, she’s lived there her entire life in many areas, including Highland Park, Country Club and Westpointe. She currently lives in Whispering Ridge with her husband and two children.
